We have been with Debord for over 20 years, which includes replacing a couple furnaces and air conditioners, as well as the occasional worn-out hot water heater, septic pump station pump, etc. Even had them install a home generator when they still were doing this. Have yet to meet a service person who isn’t good at what he does, and the staff is always pleasant on phone exchanges and making appointments.
